When I was thinking about buying the fat loss for idiots program I found it very hard to find some real reviews of it so I thought I should write my quick little fat loss for idiots review so that if you are in the same position that I was in then you will be able to get some facts which will help you make your decision. Please be aware though that I will be telling you both the good and bad points of the fat loss for idiots program.
First of all I will say that the fat loss for idiots diet does work, (well it has for me anyway). But its like any other diet plan I suppose in the fact that you have to stick to it as closely as possible or you will not see the kind of weight loss that they promise on their website.

It is important to know that Fat Loss For Idiots is not another one of these fad diets where you have to starve yourself for a week or anything like that, in fact one of the things I liked most about fat loss for idiots was the fact that they don’t treat food as ‘the devil’ as some other diet programs I’ve done in the past have been like. In fact after following the idiot proof diet as they call it, for 11 days you are able to pretty much eat what you want for 3 days before starting again which is great. You are even able to drink alcohol which is another great bonus if you like a drink (I know I do). Although that being said one of the days is a ‘fruit day’ which is, yep you guessed it, its a day where you only eat fruit, but at least your defiantly going be getting your 5 a day. Unlike a lot of other diets out there that you have to do some very specific shopping for, fat loss for idiots is a lot more flexible which makes it easier to fit in with everyday life, family etc. Which was great news for me as my daughter can be a fussy eater at the best of times.
Finally I better tell you that in fat loss for idiots they do not give you set exercises for you to do, although obviously you have to do some exercise if you want to see some decent weight loss. So if you were looking for something with step by step workouts as well as the diet program then it mite not be for you.

So I hope that my fat loss for idiots review has given you a better picture of what the program is all about and if you decide to buy fat loss 4 idiots then I wish you the best of luck and hope that you achieve the weight loss targets that you are hoping to, just like I did.
My 6 Exercise Tips For Weight Loss
Posted on 01/28/10 by JaneI thought I would put together my top tips that I have found to be very helpful for me while exercising for weight loss, I hope that you will find them useful.
Persevere
When first starting to exercise it can become a little dis-heartening at times if you are not seeing the weight loss as fast as you wanted or if your just not enjoying the type of exercises that you are doing, but it is very important to stick at it and persevere because you will probably find that when you least expect it is when you will have the best results.
Drink Water
This is quite an obvious one but is very important to remember because your body needs a lot of water and as you will be exercising you need to make sure your fully topped up so you can function as you should.
Try To Have Fun
I suppose you might think this is a bit of a weird one but what I mean by this is try to find a type of exercise that you are able to have a bit of fun doing and not something that you just can’t stand and have to force yourself to do.
Get Some Rest
It can be tempting sometimes to just exercise more and more if you don’t see immediate results but this will not help your efforts at all because it is very important to let your body rest and recoup if you want to see the best weight loss results.
Exercise Buddy
I find it an enormous help to have someone to exercise with as you can give each other a kick up the bum if one of you is being a bit lazy and its also good to spur each other on.
Comfortable Clothes
I think that the worst thing you can do when buying shoes and clothes for running or exercise in general really is go for the things that look good because more often than not they are not the most comfortable and it really sucks to have to run when your feet hurt or clothes are rubbing (trust me).
Choosing The Right Diet
Posted on 01/27/10 by JaneAs you may know there a plenty of different diets out there these days, some are a little wacky and some are just plain hard work. So being able to find a diet program that works for you and one that will fit around your normal day to day life is very important.
I think that the reason I enjoyed the fat loss for idiots diet program and had such good results was because the variety of different foods was fantastic so I never really felt like I was going without or having to force myself to eat the same things, day in, day out.
So unless you like the thought of eating the same thing for 2 weeks straight then I would of thought you would enjoy the fat loss for idiots diet. That being said there are certainly other diets out there which include a variety of different foods and I have tried a couple of them, but from my personal experience I had much better weight loss results using the fat loss for idiots program and I even quite enjoyed it too, which can’t be a bad thing.
